More money and a better way to pay

The Company (GMG) is making improvements to the Lifestyle Plan that will benefit all members who contribute to the Plan.

From 1 April 2008, if you pay into the Plan, you’ll be getting more money from the Company paid into your pension account at no cost to you. The improvements represent an increase in the Company’s commitment to pensions of around 30%, and are designed to encourage members to pay more into their pensions.

  • The Company will pay higher contributions if you contribute to the Plan
  • PaySmart – a more efficient way of paying contributions to the Plan – will be introduced
  • To make the most of the improvements, consider increasing your contributions.
