How much will these changes cost the Company?
We estimate that these changes will cost the Company £2m a year, but the cost could be much more if members take advantage of the potential in the Lifestyle Plan.

Will there be any presentations given about the improvements?
Presentations to give you more information about the April 2008 improvements will be held in February. They will last no more than an hour.
The following table shows the dates and locations of presentations already arranged, along with contact details if you wish to attend.

What should I do now?
You don’t need to do anything to benefit from the Company’s backdated contributions or PaySmart.
If you want to change your contribution rate to get the most out of the Plan improvements, you should complete the Contributions Form as appropriate.
