PaySmart is a more efficient way to make your contributions to the Lifestyle Plan, which saves both you and the Company money.

The Company will use the savings to offset some of the cost of the improvements being made to the Plan.

You can also use the savings to increase your pension contributions by paying more to the Plan, which you can do by completing the Contributions Form (sent by post with your information pack - contact the Pensions Department if you need another copy).
